In the present investigation questions of preparation
and use of ferromagnetic materials in magnetic hyperthermia of tumours have been considered. The purpose of
investigation was preparation of such ferromagnetic materials which would
possess low temperature Curie (42 – 45°С). Introduction of similar magnetic substances as a magnetic fluid on a
water basis (where a role of the stabilizer carried out polygluckin – dextran)
in a combination to application of anticancer preparations has allowed to
operate process of treatment cancer tumours. Magnetic nanoparticles under
action of an external magnetic field concentrated in a body – target and in
regular intervals got heating. At achievement of critical temperature (42 – 45°С) at which the cells struck with a cancer died off, nanoparticles
appreciably lost magnetic properties and stopped the heating in a magnetic
field. During too time healthy cells remained safe. Downturn of temperature in
that case caused increase in magnetic these properties of nanopartilces and
continuation of controllable heating of a tumour. On this background solutions
of medicinal anticancer preparations (sarcolysine or alkerane) entered in
structure of a magnetic fluid effectively enough worked. Thus process of
treatment was reduced to automatic control of
magnetic hyperthermia temperature by particles due to their physical
and chemical properties. Physical and chemical properties of synthesized
nanoparticles and magnetic fluids on their basis were adjusted by their
structure. We have synthesized of magnetite (Fe3O4), ferrite
of zinc (ZnFe2O4) and manganites of various
structure. The most comprehensible appeared the magnetic fluids prepared on a
basis of manganite La0.75Sr0.25MnO3.
